Artsy Style

This term gets used in digi forums and galleries but I don't really understand just what exactly it means. Where is the line drawn that separates a traditional layout from an artsy one? Is the designation simply based on each person's sense of "Artiness?"

Whatever the words are to describe artsy, I know it when I see it and ARTSY will be one of the focuses on the blog. So this first post will feature a page called Discover the Goddess Within.
